Looks like it's been since January that I posted here, rather negligent of me. It's been an almost-interesting year for me, I finally graduated college and took my first international trip. I also somehow fried my computer a bit ago and had to get a new one. There's also the webcomic...
I got back in touch with a guy I used to know back when we were both in high school. We were fairly reliable partners in crime so to speak and we did a couple of websites together. Those are now gone thanks to the deletion of Geocities. Back then I did all the heavy lifting, I wrote and coded the websites and he helped with ideas and humor. It makes the webcomic arrangement almost a reversal, in that he's doing the plot and website provider hunt. I think the drawing is probably the bigger job in truth though. The going is slow so far, there are five pages finished out of a total of 20 we want before we start uploading comics to their own page.

Now to rant a little.

I've been pretty disappointed in his writing quality - I don't know if I should quit or try to push myself more into the writing segment as well. I'm already pushed into the role of editor, cleaning up spellings and inappropriate capitalization...

Now I suppose we could have done one of my various story ideas, but I generally have mine figured out - I have a hard time writing them out because I hate to type. I also have other problems, but the main issue is that he wouldn't offer a lot to the final product except for some rather minor stuff. I also have a hard time deciding to focus on a big project and keep on it, so having someone else take care of part of it is appealing in that way, but it's already not easy.

Having said all this I'm going to upload stuff here (he doesn't know about this gallery) and hope that someone will offer feedback - am I being too harsh, or is it a waste of time? Would you follow this story yourself?
